Lofts at the Imperial

Built in the late 1920’s, The Imperial Theater located at 138 W Mountain St, King Mountain was one of the prominent theaters in the area. It was operated as a theater until the 1950’s and later as the town local pool hall, known as Friendly Billiards.

In 2021, Stonewright Properties will redevelop this historic property into a mix use including residential and retail/restaurant. The 2 story brick building, which retains most of the original building façade will include 7 residential 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom loft apartments and 2 store fronts.

Our desire is to preserve this historic building while providing quality housing in the down town area of Kings Mountain. Loft units will rent for $850 to $1300 per month depending on size and features.
